Good evening All,
Having read an earlier post from a new English forum member hopefully my introduction will automatically be translated directly into French. My apologies if not, as I fear my French vocabulary from school 40 years ago may be lacking some what. I just wanted to introduce myself to one and all. Currently in the process of getting my 1994 Yamaha TYZ 250, which I've owned for 20 years, up and running again. It's not seen much action apart form the occasional start up for over 10years. If I can just clean the rust off the bike carrier and get a tow bar fitted it may just turn a wheel again! Hoping to gleen a bit of information from other users' experience along the way if I can? Thanks in advance.

Surely you learnt how to say "tow bar" in French in class all those many years ago! It must spring so quickly to the surface of your mind! You've certainly come to the right place if you need very detailed answers to any possible two-stroke woes. I'm sure Google translate is up to the task in any case, but if you find that it's not quite up to snuff, send me a PM (MP en francais). I'd be happy to help with translations, even if I'm only a green-horn in the motorcycle mechanical world.

Non je ne crois pas....
Tu dois simplement attendre une semaine avant de pouvoir mettre un lien ( http...etc) dans un de tes messages....
